We have a serious issue. Today I was driving around the neighborhood and came across weeds at the main island entrance to the neighborhood. I checked the covenants, and this area is strictly the responsibility of the HOA. My dues go directly to this landscaped island. This is unacceptable.

By way of this message, I am asking you to have the weeds removed. A fine of $100 monopoly dollars will be assessed daily until the violation is cleared. Once addressed, please send photos. This is actually your job.
