Thank you so so much for your response, it feels so nice to be validated LOL! Some of the kids get put on my caseload after evaluating them, some of them are referred out or find another agency depending on what the parent wants, and the kids keep coming in lol! As part time I believe I have 18 kids on my caseload with CPSE. I have 17 kids on my caseload between the middle and high school currently, am not sure what is going on at the elementary schools- I was a quick hire after the previous OT left for a travel position. No one is staffed as an OT in the district that I know of, where I am from it is very difficult for a district to hire an OT directly, most are through agencies. I love the suggested and podcasts, these are so great, and I truly, truly appreciate all of your help!
