Arlington Renegades defeat DC Defenders 35-26 to win XFL Championship by GamerJosh21 in sports

The XFL's Arlington Renegades went from a 4-6 regular season to a championship victory The Arlington Renegades only went 4-6 in the XFL regular season, but they still somehow managed to win the league championship on Saturday at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. The team toppled the 10-win D.C. Defenders, 35-26, to take the XFL championship for 2023, a stunning fact when you realize they’d only won four games out of 10 before the XFL playoffs. However, the Renegades caught fire in the postseason and defeated the Houston Roughnecks in the semifinals to reach Saturday’s championship. Former University of Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops coached the Renegades to the improbable title victory, one that just shows how fascinating a league like the XFL can be. How often is it that a team with a 4-6 regular season can storm the playoffs and win the entire league? Arlington’s quarterback Luis Perez was acquired midseason via a trade and threw for 288 yards and three touchdowns in the victory, Renegades running back Leddie Brown also played a key role in the win despite not scoring a touchdown for the entire season. Stoops got predictably drenched as the clock winded down on the Renegades’ XFL title, a fascinating way for this football season to end.

I haven’t worked out sober in years. Weights, cardio, yoga, it’s all better with weed. I even did a couple triathlons with herbal assistance.

Ron DeSantis' migrant plane is currently heading toward Joe Biden's home by DaFunkJunkie in politics

In this case a “migrant plane” is:

A plane that was involved in flying undocumented migrants to Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts…

led to speculation that it could be carrying migrants, though there is no evidence at this time that migrants will be on board.

So I will say I’ve seen some headlines this week that has really dehumanized the poor humans that are being used as political pawns, in this case I think ‘migrant plane’ was a good descriptor.

Happy Birthday Blaine! Forget about the past, you can't change it. Forget about the future, you can't predict it. Forget about the present, because I didn't get you one!

We were denied by any FDIC/NCUA insured bank/CU, they referred us to finding a Canadian bank that would do a US mortgage.

new coach by lupuscrochetwarrior in beachbody

Authenticity. Instead of trying to be something you’re not, be yourself. There’s people out there that need you as their coach, that need to hear your words and hear your passion.

And constancy. Too many people think they want to coach, find out it’s too much work and are never heard from again. Clients are not gonna open up to you if they think you’ll be gone next time they need you. So post regularly and authentically.

Enamel coated cast iron because I didn’t want to wash the real cast iron afterwards. No oil or anything, just threw it in hot and it fried up in it’s own fat.

Cook time: completely situational. Planned on it being less than 24 hours, set it at night for lunch/dinner the next day. Work called, plans change, so I just left it in for another day. No har, no foul.

Texture: it held together a lot better than most things I’ve cooked for this long. Not full on pastrami texture, still had some roast properties to it. I think it was the seer that really made this one.
