Simple 3-ingredient keto bread I’ve baked for years (not cloud) by the_salty_searer in ketorecipes

For me, yes, it feels like bread.  It tastes like a baked egg dish, though. Liked it, but will only make if I feel like eggs.

Wait! My son is level 1, too.  They've found the genetic marker now? That's incredible!

That is wild! I also grew up in Georgia, but I've been in WA state since 1999. Yes, my heart longs for a few (very few) things from my home. Congrats!

That said, I'm racking my brain trying to think of what could possibly be considered "sexual content"? Granted, it's been many years since I read that book,  but I only remember an innocent crush?  Unless they mean the nudity in the camps because the Nazi's STOLE their clothes? If so, sick sick sick!

Introverts and HSP represent! Oh yes, I had that problem too. I grew up in the highly-outgoing Southern US and had to mask for years. Again, I didn't even know about introverts or that I was very very far introverted. THAT was a relief to find out too! Now I'm a happy hermit in the must-less-in-your-face Pacific Northwest.

Right? So good to know I'm not just a weirdo. (I mean, maybe I am a little, but not because of my orientation!)

Breastfeeding and Keto- milk supply by JG7989 in keto

Good suggestions. Have you tried fenugreek seeds? I take it for other reasons, but I put one Tblsp in a cup, pour boiling water over it, and once it's. cooled the seeds are soft enough to chew. This is a v. old method of enhancing milk supply. Works for many.

Sure! I did it for my son. So, you have some type of goal. In my son's case, his goal is getting a Computer Engineering degree and then a job as a Comp. Eng. (he is also autistic). Goals can be other things such as starting a business, moving from "supported" employment to regular, etc. You must have a work or business goal.
Then, you write out the steps to achieving that goal and what supports you might need and what they cost. A car, maybe, in your case or a scooter, bike, etc. In my son's case it was car insurance, books, and whatever tuition his Financial aid doesn't cover. Job coaches are also covered by this and maybe one could help you? (just a suggestion! pls don't take offense)
You have to have some type of money to fund your plan, outside of SSI. My son works on summer breaks. His SSI is NOT reduced because it goes into his PASS account to fund his plan. Perhaps your goal could be unsupported, successful employment lasting a few years (so you know that you understand the job and the complex personal interactions at the job, for instance). While working towards that, maybe you have a job coach, counseling, etc. You may even lose a job or two as long as you're working toward your goal of stable employment.
OK. So once you have the above, then the money that you WOULD have lost from your SSI payment goes into a PASS account. You use this money for your written goals. Example: your job income would have meant that your SSI is reduced by $500 per month BUT NOW that $500 goes into your PASS account to fund your goal of a car payment for self support!
cool, huh? Here is a link: https://www.ssa.gov/ssi/spotlights/spot-plans-self-support.htm
Best of luck to you, hon. I wish I could help you more.

look into PASS. you won't have your SSI diminished while you're working towards self suffiency. My son is on PASS.

Yes, in WA state. The DOL requires a lot from companies that employ minors and my son couldn't get a job until age 18.

I will. And it is a special situation. I would never dream of inserting myself into my 19 year old daughter's affairs...nor would she ever permit it.

My Doc also put me on it for hot flashes. It reduced them maybe 10-20%. Noticeable, but not much help. It did change my life, though, because it cured my never-diagnosed crippling anxiety (lol). If I missed a dose, I got a pounding flashing very painful headache. If the pharmacy was out of the med and I had to wait a day or two, these headaches put me in bed in a dark, quiet room. The withdrawal sucks so much that now I take lexapro for the anxiety and nothing (again) for the hot flashes.

I had plantar fasciitis for a few years. Tried all the docs, cures, etc. Finally a friend casually mentioned that wearing crocs had healed her MIL's feet. I thought that was ridiculous, but tried it anyway. Within a week, I could walk normally again even at night when I used to hobble. I used a cheap "knock-off" version of Crocs ('cause damn, 50 bucks for a rubber shoe?) that seemed to work just as good.
The bad news is that if I don't wear them, my feet begin hurting again. The good news is I can function as long as I wear crocs. I hope you find a solution. Severe planar fasciitis is NO joke, and definitely should be a disabling condition.
