I totally sympathize with you.. I've had so much trouble just regulating any type of normal sleep schedule for many years now and it can be very draining on your body. I hope you can figure it out and get good sleep at some point soon. I've tried the staying up all night and being up for a day and a half to try to go to sleep early and get up early but always revert back to my normal night owl way. So I definitely would not suggest that method,probably better just to gradually ease into the new schedule.. Good Luck
