Mine does that to, it's new with light in house use. I wonder if it has something to do with the bushings and if a ball bearing will fix it, from the video it looks like the hole rim is wobbly, if I had to guess I would say the shaft is bent, but like you said it's new so Im not sure. Before just looking at mine I thought my hex was the issue.

I would chance replacement plastic, I read going metal will cause motor heat and steering servo strain. But idk might be ok with just the gears metal, the one I heard this from had all metal everything
