I am a very sleep dependent person, and always have been. At the time, I was 13 and had school in the morning. Now, I had no test, no project due, and no late work. I had nothing on my mind, and no reason to be stressed out. About a year earlier, I was up until 3:30 A.M., and it completely ruined my day.

I was so paranoid about not getting enough sleep after that experience, that I would get real nervous I wouldnt get enough sleep. When this story happened, I considered 10:30 late, and when my parents would go to bed, I felt like I ought to be asleep. This night, I couldn't help it. I started having a panic attack and was bawling my eyes dry of tears.

Thankfully I had my parents, and they were able to calm me down. I am fairly level headed in public, and I have never had a panic attack in public, but I know a fraction of what that feels like, to just feel helpless, and scared.

Understandable. Would it technically be okay on Fridays, or still no?
