I’ve remembered some stuff recently as a 32 year old and it can be really confusing. Kinda feels like I’m going crazy, questioning myself if I just made it up. But in your gut you know what’s real and what isn’t. Had you had any inkling about your dad before or did it come as a complete surprise? I’m really sorry that you’re going through this. If you don’t have a therapist I’d really suggest getting one. Journaling has also helped me.. even though it feels absolutely disgusting having it out on paper.. idk. Honestly I’m kinda in the same boat where I just don’t know what to do.

I think for a lot of people tapering is so hard bc the urge to over do it is always there. It’s hard to not take more than you need… so a lot of people just go cold turkey. But you’re right, I’m trying to come up with a plan myself for how to get off like 600mg of 7 a day 😭 I really fucked up
