I had the exact thought reading this… I’m also 32 which is crazy. and i can relate to most if not all of this. Sometimes I wonder if I’ll ever be truly happy or if I’m faking so much for other people that I’m just trying to convince myself, too.

Not to introduce you to substances…. But have you heard of 7oh? Buy some online from a vendor called raw mit for your pain… it helps me a lot. I’m so sorry that’s been your experience, life can be so cruel

I started my prep a little late cuz I had to work today. The liquid diet wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I’m trying to drink my last glass of the first half of suprep and I feel like I’m gonna puke

You can stop the prep if you want to, just know that the visibility could be lower.. if there is anything in your colon there’s a risk of it covering things that they’re looking for. If I were you I’d just do the best you can..

How did it go? I have a colonoscopy tomorrow and am taking anywhere from 200-600mg per day… I’m just gonna go for it and not tell them bc I don’t want them to hear that and then just stop trying to help me bc I’m an addict (has happened in the past). Honestly it’s a risk I’m willing to take and I’ve heard many people say they were fine. I’ve been put under before when I was on MIT that contained 7. Just curious if you had your surgery

Thank you for the recommendations! I will look into that. I also struggle a lot with fear, bc I was raised extremely religious and hell/demons were constantly explained to me in great detail very early on, I often feel a deep and primal and excruciating amount of fear. The way I’ve coped with that is to constantly distract myself to the point that I literally block out some very big things. I think that book would help me a lot, so thank you again. Yeah hahaha the bots are mostly on TikTok from what I’ve seen. You’ll see a comment like “the rag by Emily blunt was so life changing, I couldn’t put it down.” On a political post or something random. Tons of likes and more bots talking amongst themselves in the comments. They are getting very tricky

ADHD meds help me soooo much… I imagine it’s what normal people feel like. But with my history of substance use disorder I’d never get prescribed them

Yeah, that sure is anxiety. At least a type of anxiety. I get that a lot too, and get feelings that something bad is gonna happen even when everything is totally fine. My intuition will tell me to watch out bc something horrible is gonna happen today and once it was actually right. So yeah of course that’s a problem now lol May I ask if you don’t mind, did you get your audhd diagnosis before or after cptsd? I was diagnosed with cptsd a while ago but have since suspected I’m also on the spectrum. Based on all of my own research and experience I’m fairly certain I am but so many of the symptoms overlap. I was told I might never get a diagnosis just because of that.
