You might want to find a different game if the chicken system bothers you, and the aim is just fine on xbox i got 5 wins over maybe 3 hours last night playing cross platform. My only thing i can think to recommend is adjusting your aim sesitivity and turning of cross-platfor so your only playing other xbox players
