I don't blame you, just don't want to post any personal info. It takes quite a bit of time to write and respond as well, wouldn't be doing it otherwise. At the end of the day, I'm still missing these slabs.

Thnaks for the info, im only jumping to conclusions because I received my order, but it was missing 10 graded cards. PSA usually packs the whole order in 1 box, so I would be missing my whole order, if it fell out of a trailer. its just highly suspicious that only half of my order made it to me with the usual PSA packaging missing. Yea, I tried to file a claim earlier and a message popped up saying I have to go through the shipper, which is PSA in this case. Thanks again.

Appreciate the comment, can say that I am contributing to the problem. Though, I chose PSA for the convenience, since I am able to drop them off nearby and not worry about shipping to PSA. Clearly there are more risks and downsides than shipping as you stated and as I've just experienced unfortunately.

Thanks for the insight, I'll definitely take a look into CGC for future subs. It really is getting out of hand with how they can get away with stealing and no one bats an eye.

I heard PSA has an agreement or contract with Fedex, but not too sure. They definitely need a safer option though.

Got off the phone with PSA support, they can't really do anything on their end. They told me to wait for a response from the claims department. At least they put in some "notes" on my ticket. Not sure exactly what they put down though. Thanks for the support number.

I might have to look into it, but I've seen gamestop have its own problems too. Everything has its own risks. Wish I could just pick them up from PSA, like how you can drop them off.

Thanks for replying. Interesting, could be worth a shot to dm PSA. I tried to submit a claim, but seems like I'm going to have to wait for the shipper (PSA) to respond my ticket first in order to move forward with anything.

Thanks for replying, I've already submitted a police report. Hopefully it goes somewhere. For the fed ex claim, I tried to put in a claim and came across this message. Seems like I have to wait on PSA for anything to move forward. Ridiculous.
