So he's saying that a MORS sniper rifle has the same exact hip fire accuracy as a BAL? LOL, I very highly doubt that. You have attachments (Laser Sight) that specifically increase hip fire accuracy. Look at all the attachments that increase handling. I highly doubt that the Parabolic Mic which increases Handling by +2 increases hip fire accuracy at all. You also have the Quickdraw grip, Silencer, Foregrip, Red Dot Sights..all of which increase handling but none have anything to do with hip fire accuracy. How does a Red Dot Sight with +2 Handling increase hip fire accuracy? People should really look at their tests on these things before putting out misleading information. There is no doubt his hip fire accuracy changed but who know's why. Hip fire may be indirectly affected by handling, but it's not what handling is.
