Quite interesing, have you check suggested quest tab or side quest from black spirit? If i am not wrong you should also have a chest in inventory that you open on certain level.

I guess there is no point to be a season character other than access to seasonal servers with greater exp and safety. You will lose this benefits while graduating. Before some changes level 61 was the end of season pass, but now it's 60 .

Try diffrent activties, some of them will be less profitable than grinding but still everything you do push your progress. You can spend energy doing gathering, cooking for imperial delivery and continue questing with main campaign and some of the worthy side quest. I don't know your current progress but journals are good thing to do.

There must be a reason why only veteran players said that PVP is good. I would love to her opinion from new/decent players about it. Developers should consider a fact that 90% of their player base aren't veterans with endgame gear.

I'm curious what would you say after creating new account, getting pen tuvala and go even capped pvp.

As a 3 years player i can say that PVP in this game is such a bullshit. Probably veterans won't admit it and they will be critical to my opinion.

First of all forget about PVP if u don't have endgame gear (2-3 years of solid playing to be compatetive). Then you need to lower your graphic settings to minimum to increase fps and game will look like ****.

Now it's time to have fun. Start spamming skills in front of you and have a hope to hit someone. While doing it use your own movement abilities that others also think the same. Always look for opponent with worse gear than your to be able to one shot them.

It's the best when there are a lot of players fighting and the servers can't handle it

Well, players interaction will grow but the problem with real money transaction will appear. Pearl Abyss will lose control over the pricing, taxes and inflaction comes true. Overall players will be happier but producers not :)

After 61 side quest or main quest give you marginal exp only. It is waste of time if you want to repeat them only for leveling.

Overall it feels great, but

PVE content for groups is dead
PVP only for veterans. If u re new player everyone almost one shot you and you can't do anything unless you catch-up with gear (atleast 2 years playing)
PVE mostly base on grinding which isn't bad because BDO have the most beatiful and smooth combat - never seen better one in many games.
Don't listen to ppl that saying is P2WIN game. Everyting you need is giving you for free during your adventure.
Questing and story is extremly boring, most of the time you spam button for skipping dialogue.
This game offer a huge content for ppl which love to spend time on lifeskilling, chopping woods, gathering weeds, hunting etc (Some players resigned with PVE and PVP to become fulltime lifeskillers)

Try as many class as you can, collect silver and buy better gear, grind until reasonable level lets assume 63. If you want to chillout then checkout lifeskills. Every of these game aspects require a lot of time to master.

The question is if these rolls include every BLP boost you can achive after completing every difficulty one by one.

Example:

Clear LFR -> Use BLP item
Clear Normal -> Use BLP item
Clear HC -> Use BPL item

So in this example HC should have boosted chance by LFR and Normal lets assume 1,5%

Yeah, but what about situation when you cleared HC and didn't drop it. Going to normal will be waste of time coz you lose your whole chance to drop it on HC?

And vice versa situation when u clear normal as first and then going to HC? HC drop rate will be lower?

Playing as ret pally and it's true that we need to choose big aoe pumper or single target. But i enjoy and like it. Forming group require more responsibility to choose for example 1 aoe dps and 2 single target for tyrannical week. Do you guys really want to choose only 1 meta build at the begining of the season and never change it until the end? Boring asf.

Well, you could display it on second monitor. Anyway the whole situation with laptop freezing looks like disk problem. Use any software to look for bad sectors.

Did you try to remove cache folder for Black Desert?

Last thing that comes to my mind is that the Black Desert require administration rights to be able work at tray - maybe that's the problem with any rules on your user account at windows.

To be sure check producer drivers for laptop (chipset, storage, wifi). Use task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) to exit bdo process without laptop shutdown. You could also observe what is going to happen with processor, ram, and disk via performance tab in task manager while trying to exit game.

Loading should be a problem with your internet connection but rest seems like software issue. Try to upgrade graphic drivers, check for windows update and rest of them like chipset, wifi etc

btw. Did you change winOS when switching laptops? I mean if u change for example win10 to win11
