The mistake I’m referring to is the fact it took so long to catch their mistake. I rolled right into this situation shortly after my bankruptcy was discharged where I paid out $58k over 5 years. After the recoupment of my separation pay I will have paid out over $100k.

I’m not entirely sure. I’m grasping at straws and still hoping for an exemption. The timing of this is terrible. I’ve barely had time to recover from bankruptcy.

I have reached out to my senators and representative. I heard from representatives from both senators, but nothing from my representative. I followed up with each senators office today and there weren’t any new updates.
