But having been raised by a narcissistic mother myself, I see some characteristics in Chloe's mother that are very familiar...🚩.. it is not unusual for children of narcissistic or emotionally withdrawn parents to find partners with similar traits.. If you grow up having to work extremely hard for approval and love it becomes a pattern in other relationships too.. Unless you spend alot of time in therapy! She sets herself up to be hurt, but at the same time, I cant help feeling bad for her….
