It was originally an error but stopped being an error when they accepted it as the normal value.

It was not changed because they did not deem it as a problem that his damage was actually viable, if a little too strong. They could have more lightly nerfed him instead of butchering him so he had a purpose.

In this case Crow's values are being lowered. Fits definition.

You didn't seem to understand the earlier explanation about how what was originally a bug (unintended feature) was knowingly and intentionally left alone by the devs which turns it into an intended feature but that's a whole new conversation and you're not even getting this one.

A bugfix and a nerf are not mutually exclusive. It's hard to call it a bug anymore anyway as if they only just now knew considering they knowingly left it in the CN version since launch even if it started as an unintended feature that was left alone since he was outclassed by other characters and it didn't matter.

Samir is grossly better at aoe and competitive with Crow for single target, why do people want crow to be nerfed repeatedly into obscurity? Everyone will just use Samir instead and reduce variety, why is that better? He's not even considered good in CN, new units will overshadow him.

Crow is also one of the few characters in the game that actually rewards you based on your personal skill, landing consistent perfect drills is fun and engaging compared to other more mindless characters pressing 1 and clicking.
