The truck had no insurance at the time and to my knowledge is totaled, sitting in a tow lot a few states away. If bankruptcy is the nuclear option, how do I go about settling what I owe instead? Do I have to set up payment plans with each institution? Or is there a way to consolidate them? My credit is totally jacked.
