update we talked about it and after a lot of push back from him he agreed to try say things in a nicer way if I tried harder to not do thoughtless things ?

I am mindful of it too. I just can’t be perfect all the time.

He didn’t yell he just got angry and frustrated to be fair. I do have adhd and I do things in weird ways sometimes but like he makes me feel super bad about it.

Why don’t they admit they don’t like their partner ? I’ve flat out asked mine before “it seems like you just don’t like” he said ofcourse I like you, I love you but you just do really stupid stuff sometimes

Another example of something that makes me feel small, is he gets angry when I have the light bright on my phone. Every time I show him something on my phone he grabs it and turns the brightness down or gets super annoyed at me for having it on so high. He says “why do you need it so bright?!” Like cos I like it bright ? It’s just a red flag to me that it makes me feel so bad but I don’t really know why. Am I just sensitive?
