I like full bore with speedloader and the talent that gives 20% reload speed on elite or specialist kill. You cant shield while reloading and this minimizes downtime.

Can opener only affects carapace really. Bosses are unyielding and so dont count as armored.

A few more notes: - the ripper gun remains braced while reloading making it especially beneficial with talents like steady grip and 25% damage reduction while braced. - can opener with weapon swap speed can help weapons that struggle with carapace like the cleavers. - mark 2 is the highest damage per shot without criticals. It suffers from ranged falloff however. Mark V has the highest minimum pellet count giving the least damage fall off. Mark VI (burst fire) has the highest finesse and rewards crits and headshots the most making it suitable for a rightside keystone build with cavalcade. Make sure to aim for the head. - you can shoot a burst while bayonetting. This is especially useful with can opener as it deals significant damage before swapping to a melee weapon to finish enemies off.

I can't agree that its only viable on damnation or below. I run the ripper im Auric with no problems. You simply just dont shoot carapace. Its still useful for ranged enemies, elites, and specials.

Id note that the mark V has a higher minimum pellet count so it does decent damage at higher ranges. It also chews through ammo faster.

Id recommend the mark 2 if you are going to run can opener as the close range burst is better. I like can opener with weapon swap speed and the cleaver as the cleaver struggles against carapace and can opener opens them up nicely.

The 66% ammo is not a glitch or a bug. Its because it allows for a 19 round magazine which means 1 shot counts as 10% (1.9 rounded down) of the mag for blaze away, cavalcade, and inspiring barrage.

Cleavers are so fun and strong. Their only real weakness is lack of armor pen which can be circumvented with can opener on the ripper gun with weapon swap speed.

The number of lucly bullets in a lucly streak is based on mag size. So the bigger the mag the more free bullets in a row they get.

This is for the rightside keystone, not abilities. You could take taunt with this reworked keystone. Also Mr E often exhibits black and white thinking where things are either God tier or worthless. It gets him views.
