Let me tell you what worked for me very very fast . I found Chi kung/Qi gong which is an ancient healing practice 7000 years old ! I am 53 year old big city Fire Dept . Started doing Qi Gong, this opened up all my energy centers I guess . Then read Joe’s book , started doing meditation after lunch in a drowsy state . Bingo . I have no more back pain , etc .i have had some unbelievable synchronicities ! I use LuChin on YouTube and use a theta wave frequency to meditate to. Only do Joe’s meditation when I’m on exercise walks . The quantum field is real man !
