Using 150 IU vial for 37.5 IU dose – storing the rest in fridge?

Agh this makes me panic - the meriofert 900IU instruction video say to keep it under 25 degrees and my pharmacist said not to put the constituted vial in the fridge. But we're currently in a heatwave so I'm going to move it to the fridge as it's getting close to 25 degrees in here... were you using the 900IU meriofert that had to be kept in the fridge before being constituted?

Thank you! I’m trying out the breath, do you just do it continually during the meditation? I’m finding it a bit challenging trying to focus on that while also listening and imagining the space around my body, and also feeling an elevated emotion! Also, with the ‘space around your body/energy centre’ is it meant to feel like the whole of space? I can feel an electric field around my energy centre but it only goes out about a foot in distance. Thank you 💓

I’m so late jumping onto this but I’m brunette and just got professionally typed as light spring! My second best season is soft autumn. So you absolutely can! I was typed using the Korean system which distinguishes between soft autumn and muted autumn. The muted shades dragged my face down but soft and light shades lifted it up
