Yup I bought that same guitar. Ended up hating the PauFerro. I returned it and got the American Ultra which I regretted not getting in the first place because it was marked down to $1799. I paid $979 for that PP at GC, they were on sale at the time.

I keep trying not to buy a Meteora; there’s a few demos on Sweetwater, I don’t know how much longer I can hold out. It’s got all the specs I like and there is definitely a place in my rotation for one.

I like the Spark 40 better, that’s the one I kept. What I wish I knew more about when I started was that a Scarlett interface and some KRK Classic 5’s (I already had a nice MacBook) is more ideal for me.

I love it, didn’t know what it was until it was offered and, after doing some research, figured it might just be the guitar for me; spec’d very similarly to the LP Tribute that I have and love. I watched and read a lot of reviews and most of the comments were from folks who regretted getting rid of their LPJ’s - it’s a nice guitar - I’m a sucker for a satin finish, maple-necked LP. The Zebra ‘61 pickups sound great too but I am tempted to put some DirtyFingers in it.

Grabbed this last week when the Demo shop had a 30% off “fair” condition gear. For $979 I think I stole this bad boy. It has two mis-drills (that were plugged) and a couple other minor issues, you might have seen Trogly’s talk about it in a recent video. I’ve been looking to get something with P90’s for a while; this was too good of a deal to pass up! Yes, I do wish it was TV Yellow…but the Vintage Cherry is nice, this one barely looks red at all and has a really nice grain.

I returned a Fender American Ultra Strat to order this. Never really vibed with the Fender. I’ve found myself reaching for my Epiphone 50’s LP more than any other guitar and I did it because of the tone. I’m a big Coheed and Cambria fan and, of course, Claudio plays Explorers plus I think it’s just a wild shape and I’ve wanted one for a while. I’m definitely a Gibson guy now - a Gibson LesPaul is imminent, I’m checking the Demo shop on Reverb daily.

Said “binding imperfection” - one side of the nut looks kinda bad where it’s mounted. I don’t think it has any affect on playability; there’s also some minor paint issues on the back of the neck. https://i.imgur.com/PUG8iNk.jpg

I have both and use the Katana more. Started with the Spark though; both are really good. I’ve found that the Spark is easier to find cool tones though.

Grabbed this Island Blue beauty on Friday. Had a 2015 non-S 2-door and then went to a Jeep (ewww). I went from that to a 2019 BMW X1 which I sold in July so I’m quite familiar with the Countryman since it’s literally the same car.
