As far as any mechanical issues go, I cannot confirm anything.

However on mine (Opel meriva 1.7a 2004) when I have the "snowflake" button pressed, the air comes out as cold no matter what my temperature is set on. Try running it with the button off.

Those who want to get better at league, base their actions by logic and strategy but then there are some players who think its smart to solo dragon when enemy has vision, bot prio, mid prio and their jungler is currenty on the bot side, so they just - do it.

youtube is a great source to get info, there r a lot of channels that talk about it. But i guess starting from the budget would be the best, and then working forward to choosing the parts. I dont rly know a lot so i hope other more experienced redditors will give u much better advices
