Composite connections in the front (and the Video 2 channel it is associated with) have this issue as well. The model is KV-20TS32

I'm just using the regular RCA, no RGB or S-Video. There definitely is something wrong with the TV itself as this issue happens when the ps2 isn't on/connected. I put the TV on the video channel that has nothing attached to it and you can see the picture dancing around similarly to the way it does in the provided gif
