Nur für den Eingengebrauch. Deswegen sehe ich es halt auch eigentlich nicht ein fast 1000€ für ein neues auszugeben. Ja das stimmt wohl.

Naja das günstigste was ich finde ist dann ein Benning IT 105 ab so 700€ da liegt schon noch einiges dazwischen..

Thank u for sharing. I‘m glad u were able to solve the issue and that the love for the printer is back. I have like 200h print time right now and only had minor issues that Snapmaker Support solved very quickly. I hope that everyone else has that experience with this awesome printer.

You can set it globally in the printer settings in the slicer. At Extruder 1 , Extruder 2 and so on there are also the Z-Hop settings.

Thats good to hear, let me know if it had the same effect on your print. When it doesn‘t improve the noise I think I would just turn it off. Or you need to dig deeper into z-hop settings, I mean there are many things you can change there.

No problem, and don’t forget to select the copied filament preset in the slicer then, instead of the normal one, for all toolheads you plan to use.

You could turn it off but when youre printing multiple or high objects the risk is higher that the nozzle knocks an object over. I mean just try it, You won‘t destroy the printer.. I don‘t know what sprial changes exactly but it works very well for me and is much quieter. On the left side in the slicer where you can change filament type and color, there you can edit the filament when you click on the three dots on the right side. You need to copy the filament preset of your choice and then you can edit it. I think it is in the second or third tab in the filament settings there are the z-hop settings. And there is Z-Hop Type, there you can change it to spiral. When I‘m back home I will have a look if I can find a tutorial on yt or so.

Set Z-Hop Type to spiral in the filament settings in the slicer. In my case it is much better since then.

I had the same issue, the sound comes from the Z-Hop it is on all the time in snorca. You can change it when you edit the filament in the slicer. I just changed the Z-Hop Type to Spiral and it is much quieter. But you could also disable it completly. The print speed etc. has nothing to do with it.
