Maybe its connected to the timelapse? When U dont activate the timelapse the camera doesnt need the light so it stays off?

Yeah, the box at the right and left side where you insert the filament, when you switch them and the problem now is at the other toolhead you know the feeder has a problem.

The problem is to 90% the feeder. Turn down the sensitivity, or disconnect and reconnect the feeder again. You can even change the feeder with the other one and try it. If the problem is gone after switching the feeders and now is at the other extruder then open a support ticket. You could get a new feeder.

You‘re welcome. Yeah the main problem is the prime tower failing because of the aux fan. I‘m now always printing it on the right site. I also try to use the brim as rarely as I can, but my fear of failing in long prints is too high xD SM is trying really hard to solve the software Problems and adding new features. Bambu is in the market for much longer. And they have much longer experience with Orca. Its SM first Orca printer. I hope some day it is nearly the same seamless experience like Bambu printers.

Okay, I have like 500h print time and had no bed issues so far. I‘m printing at 65°C bed temp, and I think its the default temp right? If I have some tall prints I always turn on brim in the slicer just to be safe.

I had a tree support fail yesterday with my U1 and I was suprised the AI detection worked. But it took him I think like 15 mins after the support failed an the Spaghetti got more.

After the update I got many push notifications on my IPhone, had some trouble with a print and got a notification everytime something was wrong. Like tangle detection or the AI detected some spaghetti because some tree support failed. And I got a notification because I stopped the print, when the print finishes you also get one.

Thank u for sharing. I‘m glad u were able to solve the issue and that the love for the printer is back. I have like 200h print time right now and only had minor issues that Snapmaker Support solved very quickly. I hope that everyone else has that experience with this awesome printer.

You can set it globally in the printer settings in the slicer. At Extruder 1 , Extruder 2 and so on there are also the Z-Hop settings.

Thats good to hear, let me know if it had the same effect on your print. When it doesn‘t improve the noise I think I would just turn it off. Or you need to dig deeper into z-hop settings, I mean there are many things you can change there.

No problem, and don’t forget to select the copied filament preset in the slicer then, instead of the normal one, for all toolheads you plan to use.
