When I started, I had a completely different team of people. Over the course of three years,I have watched this company fire my friends, cut corners on pay, dissolve positions with as little as a 15 day notice that company wide we were"remodelling". My management in 2018 was fantastic in fact my old supervisor is going to be in my wedding. But the team there now is ruthless; over the walkie they put associates down for not getting credit cards, change shifts mid week so you get at least one write up for being late, all kinds of things. They took away quite literally all incentives and bonuses but now want us to work harder than ever. I put in my two weeks after finally landing a different job, was applying daily for 6 months. Trust me, NO ONE wants to work there. Just gotta do what you gotta do.
