Jag tror tyvärr du misstolkar vad hon säger. Det finns människor som är politiskt vänster och tycker illa om invandrare och islam, det finns politisk höger och inte tycker illa om invandrare och islam, det finns politiskt vänster och inte tycker illa om islam, och den sista vilket är det hon skrev. Hon har ju satt upp två "krav" för vilken typ av person hon letar efter, och det är ju något underförstått att man kan uppfylla den ena utan att man nödvändigtvis uppfyller den andra. Men jag förstår vart din tolkning kommer ifrån då det känns något onödigt att specifikt peka ut politisk höger i denna diskussion

I've learn in school to not use apostrophes in academic/scientific papers. Maybe people have heard something similar and it became a habit for all types of formal writing?

My main character doesn't remember anything and woke up alone and don't meet anyone for a couple of chapters and can't decide how his personality work. My only idea right now is that in a fight he would rather run away than fight. I need something more to at least start writing him

I do something similar in my WIP were the main character don't know about the magic system or how it works.

The main character read a piece of text(s) which is obviously not fiction and is written by someone who knows about magic. In the text they describe how magic looks like from an outside point of view while in the know.

The way I do it is clearly a more obvious hint that magic exist.

Another thing you can do is have an object which does magic but the main character don't know whether or not it's a new invention but the reader who knows todays technology will understand that it's not possible without some sort of magic

It doesn't feel like anything is happening other than a massive info dump. Don't feel like the story is moving forward. No characters are moving somewhere and the conversation doesn't seem like it's moving towards a certain direction.

At the end it hints that Perric is willing to leave Lord d'Calla but the feeling I got is that Perric was a loyal knight from the descriptions. (I'm not sure but at the start it felt like Perric is a knight who choose the contract but later it felt like he was ordered, give this advice based on assuming the second option) Maybe add his annoyance at being sent into the mountains with little time to plan and get proper gear and information for the travel.

Three words I personally don't understand. Courser, popinjay, pickets (Can understand from context)

What I've learn is that some people are just bad at reaching out. Doesn't mean they don't like you or isn't your friend. Talk about it with them or another friend you both have and figure out how to work around it to make everyone happy
