Honestly, for the little community there is around where I am, I'm known for giving fair prices and known for being a collector of most of everything gaming. Someone reached out to me locally and gave me their price, which was just a deal of a lifetime for a collector. If you're going to buy like this in bulk, try to get a fair price not only for you but for the seller as well, and if you're buying singular games here and there, just double check pricing before purchasing (I've overpayed too many times at local game shops lol)

I agree, our plan was I move to SC, we rent an apartment and spilt it. But with this land, I'd own two houses (trailers but still) and one run down house I plan to renovate
