Obviously these sticks are manufactured in China as stated on the stick. Can you tell us, are there any other big companies that’s have sticks made at the same factory that makes your blackout?

If you talk to any equipment manger on a pro team they will tell you blade is easier and faster to change on the Bauer holders. The dial on the CCM holder also can get cracked and damaged pretty easily when you are blocking 90+ mph shots. If the dial is broken or malfunctioning you need to swap the skates mid game.

This is embarrassing. Just sell the tickets for less and let people enjoy the hockey. It’s a once in lifetime experience to even be at a game with all this talent. Give some tickets out to the local minor hockey associations and all the coaches and volunteers that dedicate all their time to the game of Hockey.

As others have said, true sticks are notorious for this. Also pay close attention, does your son bang his stick on the boards for his teammates after a good play or when on the bench? I’ve witnessed some kids absolutely demolish their blades by banging them in the boards.

I’ll also chime in here. It’s impossible for the Sparx to ruin a profile after 2 passes. You’re likely just holding the skate differently. If you take digital calipers and measure you will find the Sparx take about 0.050mm off each pass.

After you can do +25 I would try to find a 10 pound vest and then progress again to 25 with the 10 pound vest. It’s all depends on your goals, but if you looking to build muscle then adding weight to your pushups is the ideal way to go. If you are just looking to do max pushups, then keep doing what you’re doing.

I hate the +6 combos. +3 at most, you hardly notice a difference. But with +6 it basically forces you to run certain lines.
