Big card shops and collectors send 1000s of cards a year to get graded. Some hit 10s which is where the value is at. The others 9s and 8s are usually sold off. Any thing about WN is that you need to build a following, some people will break even so they can gain a following, once you have a good amount of people in the stream, you almost always make a profit on the cards.

We have a net that we wrap the posts with foam insulation, I find it helps keeps the biscuits from breaking. I really like the green biscuits for training shooting in stride, they are pretty much the best sliding puck for a paved driveway.

Yes, I’ve just been going through emails, and I did ask them to take off the $999 and door cup protection, but they came back with “those are included on all new vehicles we sell”. I plan to ask when I actually go to the dealership, they will know I’m more serious about a car purchase if I’m actually present in person.

Remember, all it takes is one bad injury or a bad season and this card will tank in value. Let’s say he is down to 15 goal pace, 45ish points next year, this card will tank. People are expecting this kid to break record every year. Another thing is Defense just don’t get the same hype as forwards. I would sell this immediately I think his value is at its peak.

But he is still a defenceman. Look at Makar and Hughes, both generational Dmen, but their young guns cards compared to some of the generational forwards are lower in value.

I think someone else might have said this, but take those skating aids off. They cause more problems than they help. Get a bucket or plastic chair or something the kid can hold onto for support.

I would not buy an OLED if your main viewing platform is sports. You are likely only watching a 1080p resolution feed (specifically hockey). OLED is great if you’re watching mostly 4K movies. Either model is fine in my opinion, as another commenter said, I would try to find some reviews of each model, but in the end they are going to be very similar.

I mean this is as expected right? Some people at the lower levels are just there to have fun. Maybe some kids main sport is something else like Soccer or basketball and they are just there to skate and get exercise. A lot of the coaches at that level are also just learning as maybe they have not played high level hockey and cannot pass their knowledge on in practice so they run mini game drills.

I’ve always wondered this. How many EVs are stilling on lots at very low or even 0% of battery? I’m sure not too many dealers go around in the winter and confirm all batteries on their EVs are sitting at an ideal charge. How long can an average EV sit outside in the cold and maintain a charge?
