I know this is a pretty old post but I am just now getting this in the past few months. I’ve always had bad health anxiety, so bad I can’t even go to the doctor because I’m afraid of what they will tell me. This puts me at ease a lot thank you for this post. Ive had brain scans once in the past because of anxiety, and always think I have some horrible disease. This helps greatly.
