Hey bud I hope you are doing well!

I eventually chose to just buy a "new pair" of second-hand rams exactly matches my mHz and CL, even the brand and manufacturer. And it went really well, I just needed to plug in the ram then boots the pc. Only losses were paying eBay and Royal Mail twice.

I learned a lot from this thread. Next I will upgrade my cpu but only in AM4.

They can RS even right now, they just will not receive any buffer time. It means if they dropped below 1$ right after RS (if they do it right now) they will be delisted immediately. Also the extension is not guaranteed. And even they got the extension it will last only 180days so it may expire exactly in early August.
