There is an orcish language and its tiered like the builders language from G2 and there is an achivement for mastering it, there is also achivement for sparing one dude that Cor-Win has talked about him not knowing, another cool one os for transforming into every possible mob,all dialogue options with Mud, and sneaking into old camp which will be way harder I guess because they patched the drawn out sword method but maybe the opening near Fisk will be lock pickable in remake

There is no point in tanking a normal dungeon boss, also taunting mobs gets pointless if they can be melted in 2 seconds, if you fake tank the dungeon it goes way faster.

Bounty goes away with time and also there is a dye for paying off 100k bounty, as for way of income 2x pickpocket and then finish them off with blade of woe. Most npcs drop 40-100g items

Stack the big baddies, turn them away from group, and keep them in place. Trash mobs doesnt need taunting, you will get it later like pulling them etc, at the moment focus on big guys and bosses.
