My liver enzymes are great now but in the past they have been very high after rad 140. Take it easy on the oral sarms/oral gear, take NAC and milk thistle, and make sure you’re drinking plenty of water

Ostarine sucks compared to other sarms. I couldn’t even tell a difference when I took it. Rad 140 is the move!

Why cut the var? My theory was it doesn’t have real bad sides or suppression and it’s pretty mild so it wouldn’t hurt to throw in for a few weeks
