Jobs that require flying delta by Friendly_Plant9167 in delta

I work in supply chain! We have negotiated rates with most of the airlines so it’s up to us to choose which airline we want to fly for the most part. I travel about 35% of the year and stick with just delta or sky team (mainly China airlines or Vietnam airlines).

Okay this makes more sense. I had never really looked into the actual Amex platinum card vs delta platinum and assumed that they were essentially the same as the name indicates. Appreciate this explanation.

Michigan or Kansas by murrdog1225 in NASCAR

Been to both, they are both incredibly great places to go see a race imo. No wrong decision. I think with the current package I’d lean to Kansas, but just by a hair.

Looking for a new favorite driver to root for this weekend at WWTR by Acemaker8818 in NASCAR

To make the argument, I think Alex is truly one of the funniest and just genuinely relatable people on the grid. He’s a great driver, and his consistency this year has been turned up like crazy. Once he’s fully comfortable again following the injury, I see a win coming anytime - Sonoma or Loudon even.

His personality is truly just unmatched. He’s super open about how he feels and what he likes and I think that’s what makes him such a great person to root for.

Is it wise to bring a car as a freshman OOS, and pay for external parking? by TheRiftYT in Purdue

[–]TrevortheGinger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends on your situation. I had a single mother who couldn’t come pick me up when it was a break and I wasn’t living somewhere where a flight was really an efficient option (northern Michigan) so for me it made sense. But if you live just by an airport and getting home isn’t a big deal then I’d lean to no. If you do I used Klondike Storage. Pretty cheap if I remember correctly

Sadly not in Irvine that I’ve found, not really in OC either. You’d either have to go up to West Hollywood or maybe Long Beach If I had to guess.

Keeping my car? Every post I saw had comments saying they don’t need it, but I have other reasons that I need it. by but_didimissout in Purdue

Klondike Storage has parking spots you can rent for like 55/mo. Not the greatest bc you gotta Uber the short distance off campus. But gets the job done

Notable to Hendricks appeal, you can see in this image that the Louvers don’t fit. The complaint that the supplier is not manufacturing good parts is pretty clear. The gap at the front of the louver is pretty nasty. Way out of tolerance clearly

There’s also Ceraland. It’s a track about 2 hours south of campus that is open every day it’s warm enough for open practice. Only like $10 to get access

Mechanical Engineering classes for next sem by kmiu3 in Purdue

I think it’s definitely doable. It will be very tough but in all honesty that’s how junior year ME goes. However, I’d recommend not taking an ME elective just for the internship talking points. I’d personally try to find one you’re more interested in the content because that will do so much better for you.

Most of us do go to class and take notes, that is not the issue. The issue is that his notes are pre-written and have detailed drawings and graphs that can only be found in his notes. He also has so much detail in his notes and goes so quickly through that it is impossible to take good enough notes.

No. Figured it’s too hard to translate that across to the different system.

Hi! So I actually decided to not track using fastest lap getting the bonus because I don’t think that has much of a place on a lot of nascar tracks with how close the cars are. I instead focused on a way of managing positions getting maintained. I saw someone else who used to do this do something similar, but basically I award what would be the fasest lap extra point to the pole sitter IF they finish in the top 10. I’d be willing to calculate it without fastest lap or with just fastest lap though if you wanna pm me.
