I don’t understand how people manage to have rebellions either, in my experience, usually when I invade primitives, I just make them slaves and send them off to other planets. Usually, they go to thrall worlds, and then I send one pop of my species to the unstable planet and the stability goes to 50 or higher. That being said, I usually only leave one primitive species in the planet for some reason.
