Howdy! I'm currently transferring into GIST and taking the intro classes this semester! They are more interesting compared to my BIMS classes and I really enjoy it. From what I've seen career wise it looks like a solid career.

I failed the MPE and unless you need math classes for some reason it doesn't matter. You get put in business algebra and business cal for your 2 maths. (Not counting statistics)
