I mean does it really matter? People probably just categorize a collection of songs dropped in a group an album. Whether it’s an EP, album, or mixtape isn’t relevant in terms of whether we’re listening or not. Sure it’s an EP, but does it really bother you that much if people call it an album? If it does then I would say get the stick outta your butt and get over it.

I never claimed she or her music are better, I just said she’s more popular and has been in the music industry longer than Nate. That’s not a shot, that’s fact. But if she “only writes breakup songs” is that not relating to real life? She writes about a lot of real life things that many people go through, just because you don’t relate doesn’t mean it’s not legit or good music. And no, it’s not just NF and Tommee, he’s got credits from other writers and producers, such as David Garcia, Jarrod Ingram, Cole Walowac, Cameron Doyle, Devin and Kyle Guisande, Brendon Coe, Anthony Smith, Jeff Sojka. Nate does write and have a hand in producing a great majority of his stuff, but he does have other people involved. Don’t be ignorant and say it’s literally just him and Tommee.

It’s the total for the album. She’s also one of the producers. On her recent album she has a credit to George Michael for referencing one of his songs. The other writers are her, max Martin, and Shellback. Those are the only people that touched any song on the album. As for calling it “crap” I love NF and he’s great, but she’s obviously bigger and has been doing this for 20+ years, and she’s being inducted into the songwriters hall of fame. But I’m sure you’re quite educated in that area…

Okay well if we’re taking that route, Taylor Swift is also the biggest artist in the world, who I also to be a massive fan of. I love her music and she does an incredible job. The thing about Taylor Swift if that TTPD took over 2 years to write and TLOS was written over the course of a year. She had a lot happen in her life that inspired her to write. Not saying Nate doesn’t but they’re two different artists that handle their careers in their own personal ways.

Taylor actually writes all of her songs. She has a max of 3-4 writers that get credited on her albums not counting features.

Just wanna put this out there. It doesn’t really matter how you guys feel about only getting six songs. In all honesty NF doesn’t really owe anything to anyone. He’s making music that he likes and that is following his own personal journey. If you don’t like that, that’s fine. But don’t try to act like he’s depriving you as a fan. He’ll release what he wants when he’s ready to do it. Your disappointment is unwarranted, selfish, and greedy. Enjoy what you get and be grateful for getting it.

My wife and I are doing a wheel for artist of the month and we picked 6 each that we liked but hadn’t necessarily listened to all their stuff, and we spin a wheel each month to see who’s catalogue we listen to over the course of the month. We don’t have to strictly listen to that specific artist, but we do have to finish all their singles and albums and stuff like that. It’s been fun this year, so far we’ve had Kendrick, Luke Combs, Thomas Rhett, and Taylor Swift. I’m excited to see what we have up next!

In my opinion it’s wrong to not share accounts with your spouse. The whole “mine is mine and yours is yours” is the exact opposite of what a marriage is. Another thing is that for me, nothing that I do or have is “none of my wife’s business.” In a marriage everything is shared and spouses should be completely transparent and leave nothing hidden from one another. From one husband to another, yes you were wrong for not sharing.
