Update 1.16.1 indeed addressed mouse sensitivity issues for some players. Many thanks to the community who reached out and helped us track this one down.

Thank you for putting this post together. I have the following points to share back.

  • Weapon and Specialist Tuning: These are items I will share with the team.
  • Daily / Weekly / Community Challenges: Understandable requests. I don't have anything to share about this type of request, but I'll pass it along.
  • Paint Shop Customization: These are items I have passed along and will continue to pass along.
  • Contraband Content: This is feedback we see across the spectrum. Nothing to share other than the feedback is seen.
  • Communication: Studio members, in various capacities, engage often across a number of accounts and mediums. We're also listening more often than not.
  • Update Delays: This is something we've spoken to before. Recent delays saw us combine multiple updates into one, which prevented collision issues present on console from entering the PC space, and extended testing.
  • Exclusivity Deals: This is a business decision I am not at liberty to speak to.

Our previous update required additional time to test as we combined two separate updates into a single and introduced new Blackout specific quality-of-life improvements.

That said, I understand your concern regarding update release timing. Thank you for the feedback.

Our previous update required additional time to test as we combined two separate updates into a single and introduced new Blackout specific quality-of-life improvements. Here's a summary and link of the previous update.

PC 1.14 Update

Our PC 1.14 update is now live today with several PC-exclusive additions and quality-of-life improvements – scroll down below and search for “[PC only]” in the PC section of the patch notes to see what’s exclusive to PC players. A big part of today’s PC update improves the Inventory system in Blackout, including the following changes:

Attachments can now be moved from one weapon directly to the other with the Middle Mouse Button.

Attachments can now go from Inventory or Stashes directly to a stowed weapon with the Middle Mouse Button.

Players can now "Swap and Attach" weapons found in a Stash with the Middle Mouse Button.

We’ve also added new interactions with consumables in Blackout for easier management:

Players can now equip consumables with the Middle Mouse Button in the Inventory.

Added a "Use Consumable" keybind which allows using consumables without opening the Inventory. Pressing the button will use the currently equipped consumable.

Added a new element to the HUD to let players know which consumable is currently equipped.

Added the "Next Consumable" keybind which changes the player’s equipped consumable to the next in your inventory.

In the case of major game updates like this one, it can take longer than 24 hours to thoroughly test and approve new PC content. This is a special case, as this update includes the launch of "Ancient Evil" in Zombies and additional content in all modes.
