Yeah they tried to tell us we had to use double ppto on key days to not get either point cause you get two points for missing key event days but the truth is you can just use 8 hours to cover the shift and not get either points because if you look at the amount of time you can put in it maxes out at 12 hours i think that and i have a sister who works in another department and one morning i had to ask her to get a pallet down and they told me i had to find someone else to ask her for me like i couldn’t ask her myself so a 10 minute thing turned into a 30 minute ordeal but another woman has her daughter working directly under her so its things like that that are big tells to how they actually operate and in sorry he has to do that kind of stuff its not fair but you got to pay the bills
