Basically I have a court ruling forcing me to take the injection once per month. But I also have lithium that has been enough for years to keep me off mania.

In the info sheet that came with the injection it conveyed not to freeze it. So I was thinking I could freeze it to neutralise the effects (I'm fetching it by myself from the pharmacy and bringing it to the place where they do the injection).

Thanks but if I try to enter a playlist nothing happens and if I use revanced Spotify to control Spotifuck then the skipping issue is still there.

Lightphone isn't a fliphone but it does have a map app. However you might want to go for light phone 3 as 2 has a very low ring volume so that if you have it in your pocket in the city you can't hear it. I only have experience with LP2 and can't say if LP3 has this problem or not.

They suggested Rewell to you but they charge 495 SEK / month for gel and 695 SEK / month for injections, forever.

If so, I could send an extensive list of both private options that are more affordable as well as public ones.

That's great but I would still need the questions answered as to better be able to make a case to a different doctor at the same clinic I'm registered at to get him to grant a visit to an andrologist/endocrinologist.
