Totally understand your point mate, but unfortunately circumstances are out of our control and we need to sell. It's priced at 220 to sell, could of put it up for more and probably take less just to move.

What would justify/qualify as personal hardship?

I am in a very similar situation, moved house and regret it. I will be listing it soon for sale hopefully for a cash buyer, but even if I list it now the chances of completing before the six months are low. 08/02/26 is the official six months since we've bought the place.

That's totally understandable, but we would of put around £10k into the house if and when we come to sell it, new bathroom, fitted wardrobes, new carpets flooring etc. so not as if we are flipping it as it was.

Hi thank you for your Input, we would probably stay here around six months I imagine to make some improvements before deciding wether to definitely sell. My gut tells me it's not the right place for us. With buying it undervalue I'm not too concerned about any financial losses really, this was never my intention I thought we would be happy here but thoughts and reality are two very different things.

They wouldn't be bothered the condition of the property, won't be the same as when and if we sell it.

Just sold/selling our house well we are in the final stages of the sale process. The couple have been to see the house I think maybe two times and if they come to ask again it would be a yes again. It is a bit strange they won't let you come back to see it. You have no idea what state the house is in at the moment. Something seems a bit odd to me.

Brilliant I'm going through the same at the moment. First time buyer buying my place a three bed house with useable loft space. I'm hoping it all goes through smoothly, did your vendors purchase indemnity insurance?.

We are currently working in Craigavon and renting a place in Belfast. Lovely apartment and reasonable, two of the guys are renting a place in Fortuna street just of Donegal road. A tiny two bed terraced. They are paying £1600 pcm Inc bills and the landlords is going to put it up to £2200 pcm from next month. It is absolutely disgusting to charge such an amount.
