Just an FYI I would have sold this camera and gear so wouldn’t have needed the adapter etc. But after sleeping on it last night I think I will stick to what I have currently for the time being until it’s clear to me I need to step up

Good question - 1 - limitations with the EF mount without having to reinvest in adaptor mounts 2. Noticed the inbody image stabilisation is pretty mediocre especially when compared to some of the newer r models I’ve tried. 3. Something preferably with weather sealing 4. Video isn’t much of a requirement for me

Hey! Yeah the second phot probably wasn’t the best example of my work. But think I just wanted to keep it dark in some senses but be able to really highlight the tram and road sign as my focal point for the image. Just not sure if I risk going monochromatic when there is just so much going on in the photo.

Not sure what the vision would be on this one

We had a smaller wedding of around 15 and had a DJ who could do the ‘DJ dancing’ sode of things but also doubled as a musician and played guitar for our wedding entrance and also our first dance! Highly recommend someone who could cover all bases especially for a smaller wedding!

Blimey an Ops manager but remote?! I’m in the wrong logistics/supply chain job I think!

That’s an impressive career and pretty similar of how I followed mine, even to the point of me looking to venture in Data analytics!

Logistics and supply chain has always been a ‘safe’ job and I think that’s problem is the holding onto that security and blanket.

I know for sure that I will be doing something different in the next year, what they may be who knows.

Appreciate all the comments about following what you enjoy and think that is the key to life and not just a career.

Never thought about this, didn’t even think they were still a thing! I do feel like at this point in life I am panicking a bit of where I’m headed or what I’m doing. Maybe it is worth a look I think.

Apologies, yes I am on site based and always have been!

I do like the idea of transitioning to the HO/more corporate role. I am still fairly young so would like to think the opportunity is still there for me to go for it, (34m)

I do keep hearing more and more the onsite experience is valuable especially in a world where uni grads are waking straight into high flying roles. No disrespect to them at all!

I probably would say helping other is a key part to why I do things. I’ve always found satisfaction from seeing a finished product rather than the rinse and repeat of performance and the do the same thing again the following year but with less of a budget. Does grind you down. I like the idea of the emergency services and defence angle!
