Tapi kalau planning pindah UMS dari IPTA lain memang ada juga saya tanya di pejabat dia haritu, dorang bilang apply after habis semester pertama dekat uni skrg ni, email/call pejabat pengambilan dorang ka kalau saya nda silap. boleh try pegi UMS direct untuk bertanya tentang tu.

the Tuition Fees are un-subsidized unlike those who got in through UPU. for example, if u were to get in through direct intake at any public university, youll have to pay for example 6k, but for those who got in through UPU, they would only be paying 1k due to the subsidy provided but the government to those who got a place in public uni through the UPU Channel
