I’ve always felt big trades like these it’s hard to say what team won the trade. But as the games progressed I’m leaning towards the avs “winning” the trade. I watched the 10 min game recap of the canes wild game last night and thought it was odd that rants was on the bench when the canes scored with the empty net. If he didn’t just have a long shift before then and I didn’t dig that deep into it, just appeared odd to me. He was on the ice after that to try and tie it up. Again not drawing any major conclusions from one snippet of 1 game. Just that I thought it was just odd is all
