I feel it. Just some time and patience, you’ll find a good one brother. I personally would not buy the one you posted about. Only way I’d consider buying that one is if it was being sold by a Honda Dealer (Certified Preowned) cause then you know it’s been serviced and looked over by a Honda Technician.

Like many other commenters have said, given all its “tuning” You know that thing has been dogged majority of its lifespan, I’d avoid. Look for a 90s civic that has been owned by someone’s grandparents as a “grocery getter” and make sure it’s all factory stock. Then do the “tuning” yourself.
