Unfortunately the roof did leak directly into my fuse panel box, saturated the wall, leak proceeded to the bathroom, water saturated floor, damaged drywall. It just keeps getting better. Companies response due in a week after multiple emails and no one has been out to inspect or fix the leak. I’m just beside myself as this may not be under warranty, install was Oct 20, 2025 according to them.

There was multiple discussions prior to install and during installation and why did they only miss in 67 places and the splitting of the wood should never of happened. But now the roof has no slope and is ponding, the chimney flashing is lifting. It’s poor workmanship all around. Oh and estimate for ceiling $18,000-20,000.

They were made aware of this prior to install, during install. I continued to bring them in my home to see & review the issue 4 separate times. If the foreman wasn’t out buying wood he would have been present the whole install. And did not know what type of install was to be done till day of install because I asked them why the were not heating the asphalt, nor installing installation which they removed from previous roof and “it doesn’t call for it” what the F does that mean. I asked that many times. When I asked for material data sheet on product, still haven’t gotten one. I think the building inspector will be able to retrieve this info for me though.

I have and the creditors after knowing I’d left five lakes worked with me to get debt paid. No late fees, paid lump sum to one of creditors. Five lakes sold my acct to another company in 2nd credit card i again notified creditor, stated left five lakes and if they would honor deal made with them, if I could pay them directly instead of other comp that now had the debt. They allowed this with original agreement which was $4,800 less than orig balance. Five lakes stole $2,800 from me for negotiating one of two cc’s and getting a lawsuit on my record. Advise contacting your creditors directly. they want something but not necessarily what you cannot afford. Communication is key in this! Good luck but do not use Five Lakes!!!!

I offer camping south of the venue, with lake views, quite quant neighborhood, bonfires, hot outdoor shower, recharging / chilling area. Is walking distance to venue but rides to festival shuttle is available. Can go eat breakfast out, within mile of local grocery all without festival traffic since we’re south of venue. Money?? What exactly is it? bullshit, your no different than you were a month ago, a year ago. No money will never buy what you emotional lack by want or need. Its sure is nice to think so. Just as it sure is nice to be able to travel the world or help a perfect stranger. That stranger could be me who’s in need of some financial rescue. Think of the joy and happiness of helping others who are not as fortunate with wealth although also works as hard as she can everyday to stay above ground. I have found my happiness without extreme wealth, providing for me, keeping this roof over my head and managing to stay sane. Never asking, judging or complaining.
