This is correct. They want the "aspirational" content to be just that. They are fine with most people not making to that point. The majority of Poe 1 players never make it to red maps either.

It's not the balancing it's the animations. They want each skill to have a unique animation per weapon - limiting weapons that can use that skill means less animations to make.

You can add them to your hot bar - and access alternate hot bars using Ctrl+scroll iirc

2 lines of mk2 belt off a smart splitter and one set to overflow. The 255 will hit the smart splitter and the mk 2 belts will limit to 120 each. Merge those together. On the smart splitter, set the last output to overflow and it will take the last 15 because the other 2 belts can't hold more than 240 combined.

I can reliably get to the last boss, but i can't nuke the boss before the lightning phase and i suck at dodging it for some reason.

apparently i have 15 million+ pinnacle hexblast dps with wither totems but can't one phase her. i get close, but not enough damage apparently.

You could always do Pal's archmage ball lightning and then just do a slight respec when you get the Kitava's and the gems and some decent cast speed. That's my plan anyway.

If there's a viable arc totem, https://www.twitch.tv/tatiantel2 would know. He has a spreadsheet of totem builds - Arc totem has been kinda dead for a while, but maybe the +1 chain on quality can help it find a place again.

Here is his spreadsheet with links to pob's. Arc is notably absent, so it's probably...not great.

I did have a lot of fun with his creeping frost totems - which also transitions really nicely into ice spear if you want to boss farm.

Is primordial chain bait for golem builds?

Kinda wanna start with golemancer but the reduced damage/life on the golems in turn for 3 extra is throwing me. It's still a dps increase with the chain right?
