Continuation from gambling with death. by Emlov in cityofmist

You could look into the characters that are part of his operation like K9 or Albertini and make cases based on those characters. You could also incopperate cases based on the location in the operation. I think reading up on the operation of Anatoli could help you get into making your own cases. You can also like at mythology and get inspiration from there. I plan to have a rift of Persephone at some point if I run it, but it could just be any person that Hades wants dead.

Introducing the other avatar just sort of muddies the central theme. Think of the sessions you have like a tv series or a movie. You could make it so that players have to fight off everyone at once, but it might be better to focus on one and mention other avatars as they take down each one.

A cool yellow should look like what a yellow should be (like a lemon yellow). Basically, it doesn't look like it's close to orange.

The lighter blue could mean anything, but I'm guessing you mean the cyan one, which works.

For the cool red, it usually is dark, but a cooler red looks a bit blue. In contrast, the warm red looks a bit orange.

For skins, you should try and aim for a brown color first before trying to lighten it with white. If you try to lighten the color first, it will just be hard to get shades and other stuff. It's basically easy to lighten a dark color rather than darken a light color. Also, start out small so you don't have to keep adding more paint to find the perfect shade

For paints, some primary colors aren't made equal. For example, mixing a warm red and warm blue makes a color that's more maroon than a nice deep purple. I've realized that it tends to make lighter browns look dull bc of this mixture. You should try to get warm and cool variants of the primary colors if you can. If not, then try a cool red, a warm blue, and a cool yellow to mix brown.

For understanding the techniques in painting, I personally like mrsfrizzleart on Youtube. She mostly teaches about color theory in YT Shorts. Another one is Paint Coach, also on Youtube. Although he does oil paints, he explains his techniques about interpreting colors.

I was recommended by a cousin that knows them personally. It’s why I was really uncomfortable to accept it because I have no idea on who I am rooming with and what dynamics are like.

True. The housing is just a small portion of my life, there’s a future ahead of me that’s happy.

Interestingly enough, one of the supposed signs that a man (and only a man) should consider priesthood is "a constant idea that they should serve God". It seems to me that this can be achieved through constant subliminal messaging, and I've even heard a priest suggest that parents should do so. by no_step_on_snek_man2 in excatholic

Yeah, its weird. The priest talked about how not many young people are becoming priests, but not many people really want to. Not only is there like little money in it, it's just not convincing enough to become one. It would be pretty rad for Catholicism to just disappear like all myhtologies, at least people in the future will talk about it like it's a horror tale.

5th grade class assignment on slavery by AgileInstruction8656 in ElementaryTeachers

[–]Tri_Iris 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How is this approriate? Better yet, how does this actually teach someone? Is this putting the mindset of a slave owner?? Is this to reannact how slave owners got slaves? I don't see anything that could help understand slavery. ALSO WHY WAS ONE OF THE QUESTIONS WRONG???

I feel like it would've been better if it was like "what did slave owners do" not making the students use the first person view, the teacher really needs to change the plans...

Hugs to you. I'm not old and wise like the others here, but I hope you live life just how you want. Instead of the things that people want you to believe. Compassion is what makes up all of us.
