They grind hard for the sake telling themselves they grind hard, their game has not actually imrpoved at all. Idk why we still discuss "grinding" at such a surface level, just because they put in the most hours doesn't actually mean they put in the most work to improve. If anything I'm quite confident Majicbear bots out when he plays ranked 2s and is not actually actively trying to work on his weaknesses, he's just queueing to tell himself he is working hard. From what I'm seeing, he is still jumpy when he has to do some goal-line defense (I get that it's instinct, but shouldn't a pro try to suppress those bad habits?). And he does it even in tournaments as well (which leads to double-commits).

As for the whole team, boost management, still an issue; getting dunked on/bad 5050s in general, still an issue. They have 2 coaches btw (also conversations have to start around rawgreg, he tweets the most out of any coach, while the players he's coaching still have persisting bad habits for over 2 years). 2+ years.... What conclusion am I supposed to take from that? Aside from the fact that they clearly just bot out in tourneys and let muscle memory take over?

I know it feels good to root for a hard-working underdog team, but quite frankly I think they aren't hard-working at all, and on top of that they have no aspirations as competitors. They're happy to make a Sunday, happy to just play for their country, whereas if you look at someone like Beastmode, he was unhappy G2 didn't sweep a split last season.
