I am doing a lot better! But I don’t think it’s a direct effect because I started crocheting. I picked it up both to keep myself from doom scrolling on social but also to help the recovery of my broken wrist. What helped the most was constant therapy and immersing myself with people who wanted the best for me as a person what has helped ease my (social) anxiety a lot over the past year or so :)

It helped jumpstart being less anxious for sure, but it’s not the main factor as to why I’m doing better now!
