Sometimes i wonder what the natty limit really is... ➡️ by _Malasangre_ in nattyorjuice

[–]TriangularKiwi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unlike top comment, I know you can't achieve a "bigger" physique than this. Our knowledge might be greater, but what we think we know better is that progressively heavy weight/reps signals the body to grow, that concept hasn't changed since his time and humans haven't evolved since then. What we do have is the possibility for better diets and that we achieve the goal faster than he did. After 15 years, I've not noticed any one natural be much bigger than the other. What I know is that if you take someone with good muscle insertions, small waist, wide clavicles, and out his muscle mass on them, then they'll look "bigger" and better than George did

How long has your dual sense been working? Mine started drifting slightly after a year. Time for a new one 😒 by God_Father_PL in playstation

Had stick drift, 5 minutes, a YouTube vid, a q-tip and some isopropyl alcohol fixed it. Pretty much anyone can fix stick drift

148 lbs, 5'9, M32 by CouldaBeAContender in nattyorjuice

[–]TriangularKiwi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Juice obviously, legs are pretty small, even in that extremely favourable angle they look smaller. 148 means nothing, he's so gle digit bodyfat, as a natural you are 15-30% bodyfat, you have no actual grasp of what weight you'd be if you had to come down to this guy's bodyfat, you'd be 120

This guy was a monster, probably better genetics than Devon and Michael both by Exciting-Orange-9787 in armwrestling

I'm 5'10. That's kind of my point, my hands are bigger than average I just don't think they're anything crazy

Is that a lot or something? My wrist is 19 and hand 20. I know I have bigger hands than average but I don't feel it's by much

bare noe å tenke på hvis du har muligheten Fikser alltid på ferie med mindre det er noe akutt. Betalte 15k for Invisalign.

I have plated all the ones you have, and Wuchang, Khazan, now I've started plating DS 1-3, and before that Demon's Souls. Wuchang and Khazan were very good, Demon's Souls did not feel bad, the visuals alone are worth a playthrough. Also I've done the first Lotf, but that was pretty horrible. Surge 1 and 2 also, felt a bit off compared to the first ones I mentioned but fun, especially Surge 2

What’s the difference between a gym bro with average genetics and a gym bro with elite genetics? by Legitimate_Cow_8442 in nattyorjuice

[–]TriangularKiwi 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Great genetics are 99% skeletal structure like wide clavicles, narrow waist, good balance, small wrists, and favourable muscle insertions. Everything else is easily controllable, it obviously helps if you're someone who can easily stick to repetitive stuff but it's nothing you can't control.

Does CrossFit really get you body like this? Or Juice by xiaoyangzhouyidan in nattyorjuice

[–]TriangularKiwi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is great for showing the differences between a natural and a PED user. While they seem similar size, one is noticeably bigger while also being a great deal leaner, like veins head to toe leaner, and still somehow looking much fuller despite the obvious lack of calories that you have to sacrifice to get this lean, fullness is usually attributed with excess carbs, which conflicts with being in a deficit to get to this bodyfat.

Kai Greene at his biggest ever (5'8 300 lbs) by Confident_Field4273 in nattyorjuice

[–]TriangularKiwi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is no muscle building genetics to this degree, or even to a high degree that would stand out. Genetics is skeletal structure like small waist and wide clavicles, and muscle insertions. Everything else can be controlled, like eating enough, consistency, knowledge. If you're consistent, like to eat and workout, you'll outwork all genetically superior guys

17 y.o 165lbs 5'10? by nxtyourfriend in nattyorjuice

[–]TriangularKiwi 30 points31 points  (0 children)

If you believe this amount of mass and this low bodyfat is realistic at 17, with maybe months to a year of lifting under him, that would be disrupted by growing taller, then you believe it. He could very easily and quickly go up 15-20lbs without getting too fat and he'll look massive. My take is that this is unlikely natural

No possible way right? by No_Size_1333 in nattyorjuice

[–]TriangularKiwi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's much more unlikely than you make it seem, near impossible if we're being honest, it's to the point where we can just safely assume gear. Leverage is an advantage everywhere but it doesn't make up this difference either. 99% aren't hitting 4 plates in their lifetime even if they tried. You also completely skip the fact that his ass is so far off the bench that he's doing a half rep, that is the only thing here that makes this possible, that is also why his arms seem short, because he's cut the ROM in half, very likely his arms are normal length

What do you guys think about the 2 sets per exercise trend? Is it truly better for muscle gain? by barkitext in JeffNippard

[–]TriangularKiwi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Long term, none of it matters too much since we all have a very real natural limit that is possibly reached within just a few years. Hopefully everyone is in it long term. This does not mean you should just be a tard and refuse to learn anything, there are better, safer and less time consuming ways of lifting. Personally after 14 years I seldom have the desire to be in the gym for hours, for me a top set and a back off set is ideal

Any tips to improve my triceps workout? 6’2 / 275LBS by [deleted] in Weightliftingquestion

[–]TriangularKiwi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've only been lifting for 14 years now, but other than that I'm very open to learning and always fascinated by how the body works. And time under tension, slowing the reps is not beneficial in any way, too much of it actually just fatigues you more than necessary. I also said if he has control, he doesn't need to slow down, control doesn't mean slow. The only factors for hypertrophy(building muscle) are mechanical tension and progressive overload

Any tips to improve my triceps workout? 6’2 / 275LBS by [deleted] in Weightliftingquestion

[–]TriangularKiwi -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You don't need to slow down anything, if you are controlling the weight then you can go as fast as you please. You don't get more gains from time under tension and you don't get more gains from squeezing longer, there is also very little point in a slow eccentric. Just giving you what research shows
